Q1What can I get from you?

A1:You can get product solutions for OEM/ODM supplements such as Gummy, Tablets, Capsule, Drops, Powder, etc.
Q2.What is the MOQ for private label supplements?
A2:Our minimum order for private-label supplements varies depending on the packaging. For conventional bottle packaging, the minimum order is usually 100 bottles. For powder products or bagged products, further communication on packaging details is required, please contact us now.
Q3. Can I order custom formulations?
A3: Yes. We offer custom formulations.
Q4. How long does it take for production and delivery?
A4:1) For products in stock, delivery time: is within 1-4 working days after payment is received.
2) Customized products usually take about 20 days after design and sample confirmation, please contact us immediately for further discussion.
Q5.How do I use my own logo on my private-label supplements?
A5:Just send us a high-quality file (PSD, jpeg, pdf, EPS, etc.) of your logo via email and we will include it in your design.
Q6.Can I get design services?
A6:Of course. Can do graphic design for labels or packaging
1) You can pay the order fee directly, and we will provide free design services;
2) You can also pay a design fee of $100 in advance, and the design fee will be used to deduct the payment when the formal order is made.
Q7. How to ship the goods?

1) If you have your freight forwarder in China, we can trade at EXW price or FOB price.
2) We usually provide door-to-door transportation services. We can ship the goods by DHL, FedEx, by air, by sea, etc., based on your quantity and your custom situation.

A8: Yes, normally we will provide customers with free samples we made before, but the customer needs to undertake the freight cost. Sample production time is usually completed within 1 week.
